All DVD's displayed on the website are in stock. Thus, we are normally able to dispatch your order within one working day. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within ten working days.

All orders are packaged discreetely in a cardboard or fitted envelope with a neutral sender's address.
If you wish even more discreet delivery we offer to send only the DVDs (without the plastic case) as a letter - simply mention this in the "Add Comments" field at checkout.

Important: Please note that we can NOT ship to P.O. boxes. A valid street address is required for delivery.

Returns
We will gladly replace any item proven defective, but only if we have authorised the return. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Returns procedure
1) Contact us by email to service@titanmen.eu or phone +352 267 408 13 52 to obtain a returns authorisation.
2) Pack the item(s) SECURELY, preferably in the original packaging.
3) Include a note with the parcel indicating your order details, along with a brief description of the problem.
4) Send item(s) to our customer service:
